• Up to 100 talks with stable IDs, title, room, date, start and duration.
• Room-overlap validation, including nested slots.
• Optional local SHA-256 fingerprinting of files up to 20 MB each.
• Download a readable text run sheet and portable JSON manifest.
• Package selected original files, run sheet and manifest into a rehearsal ZIP, up to 50 MB total.
• Restore a full rehearsal ZIP with originals attached, or restore a manifest and reselect files.
• Compare against an earlier manifest.
• Save up to five checked events locally, with five immutable revision snapshots per event and library export/restore.

Next in development

Richer handoff reports and additional package controls. Shared approvals and room receipt tracking need a future account service.

The browser tool does not render slides, transfer files to rooms or establish speaker approval. The browser ZIP contains one selected original per talk. Linked media and other dependencies are not collected automatically.
