After the deck changes
Keep rehearsal notes with the version you checked.
When a speaker replaces a deck after rehearsal, the filename can stay the same. StageReadyPack compares the full talk record and SHA-256 fingerprint with your recorded checks, then labels a changed record stale.
Record what you actually checked
Enter a valid schedule and select a presentation to record its fingerprint. Open Manual rehearsal checks and refresh. Mark whether you opened the deck on the rehearsal machine, checked linked media and checked the room display. Add a note about remaining work, then record that talk.
Unchecked means not recorded as checked. These are manual assertions; the browser does not open the presentation, authenticate the person checking it or verify playback.
A change needs another check
A change to title, room, date, time, duration, filename or file hash makes the matching event and talk ID record stale. Refresh shows empty marks for that changed version. Record again only after checking it. Recording replaces that talk’s previous record; download a backup first to preserve the older one.
Changing an event name or talk ID breaks the association, so its current row is unchecked. Identical names and IDs with identical talk fields are treated as the same record. Use distinct event names for distinct events.
Review the report before sharing
The report includes the current event and talks, their filenames and hashes, recorded checks and notes. Stale records include their original talk details. Records from other events or removed talks are excluded from this report. Unrecorded form edits are excluded too; record each edited talk before reviewing.
Keep a separate check backup
Check records live only in this tab. Download the private JSON backup before closing or refreshing. It includes up to 100 recorded event/talk combinations, including records not in the current report. Restore validates the whole backup and asks before replacing existing checks, without changing the schedule.
Saved schedule libraries, manifests and presentation ZIPs do not include these check records. Keep the appropriate files together yourself. Notes can contain private production details; review what you share.
