A clear copy at the room desk

Print the talks this room needs.

Select talks from your checked schedule and download a self-contained printable HTML run sheet. Each room and date starts a new section on a new printed page, with continuation pages when needed.

Prepare a room run sheet

Choose the current talks

Open Selected room or session handoff, choose current talks and select the sessions you want. The complete schedule must pass its room-overlap checks first. Unselected talk details stay out of the printable sheet; the event name and selected/full counts remain visible so a partial sheet cannot be mistaken for the whole event.

Review timing and file detail

Choose US Letter or A4. The sheet lists room, date, talk ID, title, start, end and duration in venue-local time. It does not convert time zones or represent actual delivery times. A session ending at midnight is shown as 24:00 on its scheduled date.

Filenames and SHA-256 fingerprints start off. Include them explicitly if they help the production desk. Original presentations and manual rehearsal notes never enter this printable file. Existing text run sheets and ZIP handoffs still include filenames and hashes.

Open, print, keep

Review the handoff, download the printable room sheet and open its HTML file in a browser. Use Print or Save as PDF with the chosen paper size. Turn off browser-added headers and footers if they are not wanted. Longer sections continue naturally; no fixed-height page cuts off the final talks.

Refresh after changes

Changing the schedule, selection, paper or file-detail choice clears the reviewed download. Review the new version before printing. The generated page is a snapshot; a copy already downloaded cannot update when the event changes. Replacing a paper copy remains your decision.

This is a schedule handoff, not proof of speaker approval, playback or receipt. It sends no message and changes no saved schedule.
