Send the right portion yourself
One room needs three talks. Keep the rest out.
Validate the full event, then open Selected room or session handoff. Choose current talks, tick the IDs needed for that handoff and review the result. Nothing is preselected.
Check what will leave the browser
The selected run sheet includes the event name, chosen talk IDs, titles, rooms, dates, times, durations, filenames and hashes. It also says how many talks were selected from the event. Unselected talk details are excluded; the total count remains visible.
Include only the selected originals
Reselect the original presentation for each chosen talk. The ZIP verifies its bytes against the recorded fingerprint and includes a package index, run sheet, manifest, read-me and selection warning. Missing originals for talks outside the selection do not block this export.
A presentation itself can contain speaker notes, hidden slides or other private material. StageReadyPack does not inspect or redact its contents. Only one selected file per talk is collected; linked media and fonts need separate attention.
Keep the complete schedule
This export is labeled as a selected-talk handoff. Its manifest contains only the selected talks. Restoring that manifest replaces the current schedule with the subset, and comparing it with a full-event baseline can list unselected talks as removed. Keep the full event manifest or saved library separately.
Changes require another review
Editing the event, a talk or a file fingerprint clears the selection. Loading a saved schedule also clears it. Choose and review the current talks again, so a stale preview cannot silently become the next package.
No files are sent automatically. Hashes do not verify playback, speaker approval or room receipt. Use your own delivery route when ready.
